Metallon Ferro Alloys and Metals Ltd was formed in 2023 by Scott Mellon who had spent 15 years previously as a trader at J&E Trading Ltd in the UK.

 

The company head office is in Sheffield “The Steel City” and from here, Metallon Ferro Alloys and Metals Ltd trade different grades and sizes of Ferro Alloys and Metals. 

 

It’s core products are Ferro Silicon (FeSi), Silicon Manganese (SiMn), Ferro Manganese  (HCFeMn/MCFeMn) and Ferro Chrome (HCFeCr/MCFeCr/LCFeCr). Some Nobel alloys are also traded including Ferro Molybdenum (FeMo), Ferro Vanadium (FeV) and Ferro Titanium (FeTi) as well as Manganese Flakes/lumps and Silicon Metal.

 

Material is traded primarily on a “back to back” basis but the company also keeps some stock in both Rotterdam and Duisburg.

 

The foundations of Metallon Ferro Alloys and Metals are built on strong relationships with both suppliers and customers both from Europe and beyond. The company looks forward to consolidating these relationships and building news ones by providing a service that it’s customers can trust and rely on.
